Why No Published Prices

A D2C brand with 3 staff has different needs than a 50-store retail chain.

A "website" for one is a Shopify rebuild in 4 weeks. For the other it's a custom platform integrating with POS at 50 locations, taking 4 months. Publishing one number would either underprice one engagement or overprice the other — both dishonest.

Same for AI agents. A Riya deployment for a single use case is fast. A multi-language, multi-intent, integrated-with-CRM-and-payments Riya is a different scope entirely.

So instead of fake packages, we quote per engagement after understanding your real situation. Discovery → written scope → transparent commercials → mutual approval before any work begins.

Transparency Principles

No hidden fees. Ever.

Are there setup fees we'll find out about later?
No. Every fee is in the written proposal. If we need third-party services (Razorpay account, WhatsApp BSP, ElevenLabs subscription, cloud hosting), those are listed with estimated monthly costs upfront. We don't mark them up.
What about platform / API costs?
Pass-through. We open accounts in your name where possible (Razorpay, AWS, OpenAI). You pay the platform directly. We don't bill you for our cost of using these — that would be dishonest.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
Written change order. New scope, new timeline, new commercial — all clearly documented. You approve before we proceed. No surprise invoices.
Do you charge for revisions?
Revisions within original scope = no charge. Revisions that expand scope = change order. The line is clear in the original written proposal.
What if we pause or stop?
Project work: pay for what's built, we hand over everything. Retainer: 30-day notice. No "lock-in" clauses, ever.
Do you mark up third-party tools you recommend?
No. Our recommendations are based on what fits your needs — not on commissions or referral fees. If a tool we recommend offers us a kickback, we either decline it or pass it on to you as discount.
What about long-term support after build?
Optional retainer for monthly support, security patches, bug fixes, performance monitoring. You're not forced into it — you can take the codebase and maintain it yourself.
